Phil Spotts is the founding member of The Mission Risk Consulting Group, LLC, having opened Mission Adjusting and Risk Management, LLC in 1993.  He has over 40 years’ experience in handling or managing a wide variety of property and casualty claims, including commercial and residential property, national catastrophe, auto liability, general liability, and governmental liability. Phil has been engaged numerous times by attorneys and property owners to provide case analysis and expert reports.  He is an industry leader in submitting to deposition and trial testimony in defense of reports and other data submitted during the litigation process.  He has credibility with juries and courts resulting from years of experience, attention to detail, and clear answers to deposition and trial questions. Phil has several industry designations granted by the Insurance Institute of America, including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Associate in Claims.  He holds many other industry and profession designations and certifications and is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. Phil resides with his family in Beaumont, Texas is an avid golfer and sports fan having attended some of the worlds largest sporting events.
