Property Adjusting Services

Mission Adjusting service activities on property claims can include, however, may not necessarily be limited to the following:

Mission Adjusting will make contact with the insured within one hour of receiving the claim assignment on the same day. 

Mission Adjusting will arrange to perform an inspection at the insured’s convenience as soon as possible. Our representatives will be available to inspect damaged property on the same day that the assignment is received based on the insured’s availability and cooperation. 

Mission Adjusting will inspect the damaged property, obtain photographs, and complete a detailed scope of damage with all of the information necessary to properly estimate or repair damaged covered property.

Mission Adjusting will identify any coverage issues of interest to our clients and the insured. Immediate contact will be made with our clients in the event that coverage issues arise or become a factor. 

Mission Adjusting will complete a detailed estimate to repair or replace damaged property based on the specific policies and requests of each individual client. Professional estimates and diagrams will be completed within seventy-two hours after our inspection and will be immediately available to be faxed or e-mailed to our clients based on their preference within that time frame.

Mission Adjusting will provide the most comprehensive and thorough reports available. Each report will provide a clarification of the issues of concern and interest in a concise and professional manner.

Mission Adjusting will maintain a liaison between the handling adjuster and the supervisor assigned to each individual loss. The claim representative/supervisor relationship will allow us to provide the highest level of service available to your company.

Mission Adjusting will routinely provide an investigation in order to document any and all potential recovery alternatives including subrogation and additional third party intervention.

Mission Adjusting at your direction will pursue equitable claim settlements by using thorough and professional negotiation strategies within our settlement authority and will develop specific plans of action toward that goal.

Mission Adjusting professionals will be available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week in the event that you need us. We believe that it is our job to support our clients’ risk management goals and claim department objectives.
